I have decided 2009 will be the year I get into shape. So for it is going forward at an acceptable rate but I need to do better. Sadly returning to work 2 weeks ago has made exercise a bit more difficult. I am currently working in Lincoln Square across the street from Bellevue Square in all places Bellevue. If anyone wants to do lunch who is in the area let me know.

3 Months ago I started training in martial arts at Quantom with Coop and Kara. Sadly my knees only allow me to go about once a week so I need to enhance my exercise options.

Two Weeks ago I purchased a cycle (Trek 7300) to start riding. So far I have not used it but I hope to start soon.

Realizing the bike requires knees as well I decided to find some form of exercise that doesn't. With that in mind I purchased a kayak ( a nice inflatable one that can be stored in my closet) Advanced Elements AdvancedFrame Kayak. Nice boat can sit one or two I have already talked to a few people about going out on the water with me. I seem to do so much better with exercise when I have a friend or two to do it.

Any one else have some other ideas on how to exercise.

Many of my relatives in the midwest are awful pack rats. To such an extent you are literally weaving your way through piles of stuff to make it from their living room to the kitchen.

Today I am starting to worry I have inherited more of this than even I thought. Today I donated 5 boxes of stuff to the Good Will. All of it was duplicates of stuff, things I have not used in 10 years, music systems I know longer even own any media to use with etc.

And yet it was actually physically pain full to donate the stuff. It seems every year it gets harder and harder to part with anything makes me worry about the next 10 years.

On a better note my trip to Southern Wa Northern Or was awesome. I grabbed a few of the best photos and if I get some time I have some more I want to work on in photo shop and post as well.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/thecorvi/sets/

Getting ready to head off to San Diego for a the weekend.
